Account Manage User Guide

Homepage

  • Here is where your four different account management options will live.
  • Use your mouse to scroll horizontally through you options.
  • Clicking on the box with the header of the option you wish to manage will launch the webpage for you.
  • After completing any updates to your account, you will receive an email notifying you for security purposes.

Password

  • This where you are able to reset your password.
  • Your new password must meet the requirements provided, or you will not be able to successfully update it.
  • Your new password also may not be there same as any of your previous six passwords.
    • If you choose a password that is of your previous six, you will be notified and your password will remain what it was prior.

Questions

  • This is where you are able to update your security questions.
  • You will have to provide two different security questions and answers.
  • The questions can be selected from the drop down menus.
  • Your answers need to be at least four characters long.

Messaging

  • This is where you can edit your messaging and call time preferences.
  • A primary phone number and weather call time selection are required to update your preferences.

Personal Email

  • This is where you will be able to change your personal email.
  • It may not be a scasd.org email or the same as another employees personal email.
    • If it is either of these cases, you will be notified and your personal email will stay as what it was prior.
